Welcome to the Chateau de James! This mansion sized all brick property resides in the preeminent Burn Park neighborhood and is in close proximity to downtown Ann Arbor and the U of M Stadium. The house has been gorgeously remodeled to create an exquisite and luxurious abode for our guests. The house has 12 bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half bathrooms, 2 porches, 2 outdoor patios, 2 kitchens, high ceilings, original woodwork, and a 17,000 sq ft scenically enchanting yard.

Some of the bedrooms are enormous and exceed 200 sq ft, others are in the 125-150 sq ft range. The house comes with 6 high end 4k UHD HDR Smart TV’s with cable and very fast internet (900 MBPS). SThere is parking for up to 8 cars in the driveway including a 2 car garage. There is also a bus stop just outside. The house has air conditioners for each room and central heating. Lastly, please note the fireplaces are not available for guest use.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
